Port forwarding without router configuration

I'm having internet connection of one DSL service which divided with switches from the main modem (like every apartment in Mumbai) fixed in the top of the building. I don't have any idea about the modem and the configuration IP. And right at this moment, I need the port forwarding setup to connect to my PC through ssh. My question is, Is that possible to setup the port forwarding with iptable technique. Any help would be appreciated.

I do not really understand your situation, but there are a lot of resources on the net related to "port forwarding with iptables"

You'll need to do port forwarding on the building's router not your own machine, if I understand your setup.

Otherwise, to get to your machine you'll have to set up a reverse tunnel to a publicly available external host, such as a VPS.
