I know mozilla kills popups but are there any GOOD stand alone popup killers for linux.Please also steer me in the right direction in firewall and virus software of high quality on the free level. Thank You
1. There's not really such a thing as a "standalone" pop-up killer. The ones on Windows are simply Pop up killers for Internet Explorer, because IE doesn't have one.
2. Anti-Virus software isn't really needed. Search the forums for info.
3. Linux comes with a great firewall called IPTABLES.
