Thumbs up policy routing

hi all

i am using RHEL5.
i am using 2 isp connections
ISP1 given gw it is assign to eth1
ISP2 given publicip gw (Limited connectivity ) to eth2
LAN ips are to eth0
now my problem is

in my network Lan Users only use the net from eth1( only.

Lan users don't use the internet from eth2(
but the linux system is able to connect from ftp & mail and so on.....) for remote users(outer of the LAN)

my scenario like this
ISP1 (eth1) ISP2(eth2)

please guide me for this with clear steps

what is the intention to having linux box between your LAN and WAN network? is this only for routing or are you going to implement a system like proxy? If you dont have idea to having proxy then you can simply allow and block prots in your WAN network devices according to your needs.
