Question plz give me a PROLINK H9601 USB Modem driver deb file for UBUNTU

dear frnds...

I have a prolink h9601c usb modem. i cnt use it ubuntu 9.10 os, plz cn u help to me, get a url in abve modem driver (deb file).
plz give me a modem driver for ubuntu...
