Plugin problem

I want to install flashplayer plugin. I have run the installer and install it in the /usr/lib/mozilla folder as stated in the README file.
But after i've installed, the browser still require me to install the flashplayer plugin. Seems that the plugin still haven't installed. Whats the problem? Is the directory i've installed correct?

Did you download it from here?
Notice there is a distinction between macromedia and schockwave player.

1. Download Flash Player 7.0.
2. Decompress it, then copy to your Mozilla plugins directory and flashplayer.xpt to your Mozilla components directory."
