For some reason I can't type in SU
Can't even enter my password :(

Maybe it's locked? Is that even possible?

I'm using Suse 9.1 personal
On pentium IV

I'm also a newbie so simple language pls ^_^

as long as it works :)

Maybe its the fact that when you DO type your password, it isn't echoed back. This helps to avoid "shoulder-surfing".
