please help to run oracle on rhel5

i installed the oracle on my rhel5 successfully
but i cannot run oracle 10g
because i am getting the following error while i am trying to start the database

TZ set to Asia/Calcutta
OC4J Configuration issue. /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/oc4j/j2ee/ not found.

could anyone help me to resolve this problem

Surely when you buy closed product like oracle database it comes with documentation and support. No?
