please help

have a program on my linux and he open all ports of 35000 to 65000 but is just internal ports( i can use thats ports only on my pc) I need to change that to external. It's a program or something like this ? Thx

There's no such thing as internal vs external port.
Probably, your firewall cuts off the connections to those ports? Then you should just allow connections to them.
