Play DVD's in Mandriva One Spring

Hi,
Another newbie question. I am having no success playing DVD's so far. The closest has been using VLC but the picture is pixilated most of the time. What is the problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, is it possible to get DVD's or CD's to autoplay?

Well this is one of the main problems with Linux when it comes to DVD multimedia playback. Companies use certain programs on their DVD discs to limit which media players that are able to play them on computers as to limit burning and giving away. These programs are able encrypt the coding, so that is why it is fuzzy or block and not all playing correctly. Its just another form of DRM, but he link below that has some plugins that you should install to help, just read down the page.
