phpmyadmin problem


i have installed phpmyadmim i can successfully login but when i logout i get the login pop up again and once i enter the username and password it doesn't logout i return back to welcome page any idean how to overcome this issue

Ummm ... don't enter your credentials again? Unless I don't
really understand what you mean.

Wrong username/password. Access denied.

Hi,

What you describe is phpmyadmins correct behavior. After you log out a new, empty login screen is shown (the window isn't closed if that is what you are expecting). Just close the tab after logging out.

oh thanks
but is it possible to disable this popup feature once i logout and redirect me t another location

Hi,

I guess you can re-write the logout part of phpmyadmin. All is written in php, so that must be doable (you do need some php knowledge...). I'm not in the position to assist you with it, maybe others are.
