php issue


Im trying to start my apache server and i get this error and know one ones how to fix it so i came to the pros


Error:
line 204 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf api module structure php4_module in file /etc/httpd/modules/libphp4.so is garbled???


driving me nuts

can someone tell me how to confiqure php i have it installed???/

Hi,

Never seen the error before but you can try and see if your httpd.conf file is looking for libphp4.so in the correct location. Do,

$ locate libphp4.so

and then see the path mentioned in the httpd.conf file. Both of them should match. If it doesn't solve your problem...then may be there is some other issue and needs more investigation. Have your tried google?.
