php.ini.rpmnew


When this file is automatically created when running 'yum update' and a new version of PHP is installed.... is this file the NEW file...or is this the old file 'php.ini' file renamed to 'php.ini.rpmnew' ?

any help is appreciated.

.rpmsave = old, .rpmnew = new, kind of like it says. See an old email by Jeff.
