PHP & MySQL on PII Laptop

I have an old Toshiba tecra 800 PII Laptop (366MHz 128 MbRAM).

I want to do the following:
Install LINUX.
Install PHP and MySQL
Install a PHP and Javascript editor
Browse the web.
Thats all.

I am putting Xubuntu on the machine right now.

Is Xubuntu a good choice?
What is a good php-editor for linux (freeware)?

I think Xubuntu should be okay, but if its a bit too sluggish, try using a lighter WM like fluxbox. You could also try Slackware or Vector Linux. As for editors, you could try bluefish or screem.
