PHDVirtual -AM, - replication error with zombie task problem


I have 2 servers running xenserver running, but the zombie task process is running perm.
each time i start the phdvirtual to start the application, the zombie task services. rebooted the server the zombie servics by itself by it self.
tried to launch the run the kill command but the zombie task restarts agian soon after...
