Permissions How do I gain full Permission

Thanks Guys, Please don't think I am looking for the Easy way out here.
Of course I am willing to learn.........I am just trying to grasp the basics here. You have to know how to START the car before you can drive it.

Some of you have gotten a little smart with me & some of you have been very nice & kind & gave me the Info I needed,.......

Again, Thank you for your patience & your help

One more Question: My wife loves to play Party Poker for Fun online,
Can you install & do this on Kubuntu & or Linux?

If it's a Windows program, you might be able to run it under wine, which allows you to run some windows executables. Another option is to run a minimal Windows installation inside a virtual machine, although you need to make sure you have a license for that of course. Please address Windows licensing questions to the Microsoft sales team.

Another option is to dual boot Windows and Linux - having them both installed on the same hard disk and booting into whichever you wish for a given task.

The ultimate option is to complain to the software vendor and tell them you want Linux support, or you will go to one of their competitors.

P.S. Please do not post links to poker sites here.
