Permission on windows partition

Hello I've got my windows system crashed (nothing new :P) and I want to delete some files from windows' partition to get it work. The problem is that i don't know how to gain a write permission on windows partition form linux!

Any help would be appreciated!

and http://www.linuxpackages.net/pkg_details.php?id=11247
then mount the partition
