Permission Denied

Hi,

I got these error during testing of portal:

OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/www/data/sessions/anonymous/U02003558626890'
[Mon May 25 13:59:39 2009] [error] [client 202.90.157.248] Premature end of script headers: portal.py

How can I resolved those errors? Any idea?
