Performance Q - CPU and iowait

Hello all, I'm trying to figure out a fast way to find the process that is waiting on IO. I trimmed the output, but all other CPU's were %iowait = 0.00.

sar -P ALL 1 1000

11:13:15 AM       CPU     %user     %nice   %system   %iowait    %steal     %idle
11:13:16 AM       all      6.24      0.00      0.25      6.24      0.00     87.27
11:13:16 AM        11      0.00      0.00      0.99     99.01      0.00      0.00
11:13:16 AM        12    100.00      0.00      0.00      0.00      0.00      0.00
What I'm looking for a fast way to look for the PID that is using the processor that has %iowait = 99.01.

iotop does something related to what you want; you can see which process is doing how much io, and that helps if a process is doing a lot of actual io, but does not help that much if the problem that the process is using an io device which has stalled.
