Pentium 90 distribution needed

I have a Pentium 100 with 32 MB of ram laying around
that I would like to turn into a linux machine.
The tasks I would like to do on my computer are:

view images
edit html files
get online with a text based browser
telnet
ftp
irc

I am assuming that this will all have to be text based, and that's fine by me.

What do I need to download?

I'd recommend Slack 8.1, omit the X-packages,
and get fbi (framebuffer imageviewer, easy to
compile from source) and w3m (can be tricky
to set-up).

Cheers,
Tink
