Question Pem certificate perhaps

I have always used the same W2k Pc to configure Webmin which runs on a seperate machine running Linux. I had to wipe the Pc and re-install its os the other day.
Now when Itry to log into webmin it denies me access. Essentially nothing has changed with ip address's they remain the same as they were.

I have root access to the linux machine running webmin and in the
/etc/webmin/miniserv.conf file I can see the ip of the machine that is "allowed" to log in to webmin.(the only machine in the "allow" part) This is the Pc that i had to wipe the other day.
But using the usual h ttps://**.*.*.*:10000[/url] to log into webmin it denies me access.
Now I am not very adept at command line work so I would really like to get onto webmin thro the browser from the Pc.

My only thoughts are that I need a certificate on the wiped Pc from webmin maybe.(cookie ?)

But I am not sure how to get it or even if thats the case. I would really appreciate some help here as i have had no luck getting an awnser so far.
cheers K
