pclinuxps wont satrt
 

i tried to install pclinuxos but once it checks all the stuff it tries to pop a window to choose the keyboard layout.....but there it freezes....what should i do? am i doing something wrong? i didnt see an option that say " instalation" so i choose " live cd"...how do i install to an empty hard drive i have?

With PCLOS (PCLinuxOS), you have to first boot the live CD and then run the installer.

When you are trying to boot the CD, does it hang up at the same place every time?

Can you try the CD in another computer?

It is possible you have a bad CD---did you check the md5 sum before burning? You can also try burning at a lower speed.
