Heyy... I remember that: it was post #26 and was an example of what was meant by "typed wine filename then press run".

The focus all along was to install the paltalk client.
Then wine.

But fair enough to point out the linux version.

Probably, PCLOS has ClamAV in the repos, with the advantage of easy updates.

Just a suggestion, but next time you have that much output to post, on the buttons above a new post, one of them is a # sign, thats a code sign. Copy paste whatever your output is, between the two code and /code. It would have looked a little like this... Second, if the wine database says this program doesn't work, then I sincerely doubt that it works, so I don't really know why you're wrecking your brain messing with it. Use AIM, or Yahoo, or whatever, and you can use them via Kopete or Pidgin/GAIM, which as mentioned, one of those is probably installed w/ your distro.

i installed Voipstunt.exe in the same way that i installed the paltalk.exe but again the installation finished and nothing was opened and now i don't know how to open this program to use because i am sure after the installation this program asks for registration but this time as i said just disappeared.

for more information:" this time it did not show any error messages on installation completion in comparison to the paltalk installation.

again thank you

there should be a folder in ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files for it now and so you just type
wine voipstunt.exe
in that folder

you type it in the terminal, what I meant was to cd to that folder and type it in for example
cd ~/.wine/drive_c/"Program Files"/Voipstunt(or what ever the folder for it is called)
wine voipstunt.exe

winehq has a FAQ ... you are hitting all the questions. Why not go and read it?
