PCLinuxOS and overclocking

Hello, I have PCLinuxOS installed into my system with Kanotix and PCBSD. I am not able to boot into PClinuxOS when I overclock my tualatin 1.1ghz over 110FSB. The system is rock solid at 1.6ghz and 146/37FSB with Kanotix and PCBSD. Why PCLinuxOS doesn't want to go over 110FSB?
I have also noticied that it is not able to run the cpufreq application, I have a "FAILED" when I try to run the program from PCLinuxOS Control Center. Plus, when PCLOS is installed into other system, It is able to show if the memory is installed or not, how many modules are present and what is the latency for each module. With this board (6VA694T-Luckystar-VIA-Tualatin) PCLOS is not able to show anything about the memory... it's even there!!! Maybe it doesn't like the VIA chipset???

Thank You.

Maybe because you shouldn't be overclocking your system?? Manufacturers usually rate their equipment at a certain speed for a reason. Just a thought..

the system is rock solid at 146FSB 37PCI!!!

Sorry, that's the whole point. I know what the hardware can do... I would like to know why PCLOS can't!!!

Thank You.
