i know how uart will work but i want t know how uart will communicate to pcie.....

Sorry, I misunderstood that.

I can only guess that the uart chip has some secondary set of chips to interface with the pci bus. I guess you could buy one and look it and get a reference book on what the chips are. It would lead you to how it works by looking at it if you have enough background in electronics.
