changing the password for linux is this huj


I just got another server in lincude, fedora core 4 and I get this command when trying to change the password

root@kluahd1 [~]# passwd
Changing password for user root.
passwd: Authentication token manipulation error
root@kluahd1 [~]#

how come?

There is every chance it's a native variation of leet speak, or possibly aim speak. Sounding them out may help, I'm not sure.
