Parrot Security OS - Video corruption at boot

Parrot Security OS 4.11 (AMD64)
HP EliteBook 8570w

At boot time, immediately following the grub bootloader, I am seeing a brief (approximately 5 seconds) video corruption (see link). This goes away when the system reaches the login screen. Is there any way to correct this?

Thanks in advance.

Might be a lightdm issue. I am not hip on Parrot OS though. So

Unfortunately the issue continues. I can boot from any Live media with no issue. Once an OS is installed (so far, Parrot, Ubuntu, Mint, Puppy, Arch, Debian, and Slackware), video corruption occurs at what appears to be random intervals during boot as well as during recovery from power-save (screen powered off). When the video corruption occurs during recovery from power-save, sometimes I'm able to close the notebook lid, wait for standby mode, then re-open the lid and it recovers, but not always. Most of the time, it requires a restart of the system for video to recover. Thanx.
