PAP failure
 

Hi everyone,
first time on this board.
I just wanted to know if there is any specific reason why my PAP with my isp fails everytime through linux.I had to boot to windows just to post my message:D
my password is being sent properly though......anything would be a great help to get rid of windows!!!!

Perhaps your isp doesn't use pap. Check.

well I check the 'details' on my windows dialup software, and it says tcp/ip and pap.is that enough assurance?
