Package manager?

Are there any package managers for SuSE 9.2 as YUM For Fedora Core?

If not, then is it possible to perform these updates with YaST Online Updater while adding links to it's configuration files as if it was YUM?

If you give YaST a close and thorough examination, you will find that you can change the default source of packages (i.e. directories on the hard drive, cd, floppy, etc) for packages to install/remove.
Also, while it is not specifically SuSE oriented, you might want to investigate Sorcery. It can be installed on any Linux system, and be used to keep said system up to date through an on-line link (modem, isdn, dsl, etc).
