Smile Package IW

Hey guys,

Now in my kernel 4.4.30 have a version of iw 0.9.19. Im trying to update this version because I need commands like "iw phy phy0 set antenna x x" that doesn't exist in the old version.

I'm put the commands sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
and sudo apt-get install iw again but the version is the same 0.9.19

Thank you !
