Owner 99 Group 99 files & folders
 

Hello,

I am running centos 4.6 with latest cPanel release. All files that are created by any CMS have an Owner 99 and Group 99 value, so I cannot delete or edit them.

Any ideas what could be the solution for this?

I think this depends on the user/group your web server is running with.
You can operate on those files by using the root account, or by looking if there are appropriate functions in the CMS itself
