Question OS For Pentium 60Mhz

I have a old Dell XPS P60 Desktop that I want to use for some projects. Unfortunately it doesn't have an OS installed. It has a 60Mhz Pentium processor, 8Mb of ram,and a 450 Mb hard disk. Are there any Linux Distros, preferably with some form of a GUI, but not necessary, that would run on this machine, or is it just too old to bother with. I am not compleatly new to Linux, I have used some other distros such as Mepis and DSL on some newer machines but have never tried on something this old before.

Slacware runs on 486 so it should work and I would also take a look on the BSD side... for example OpenBSD.

you can't run a gui on 8 mb of ram, you could try on 32 or 48 mb
