both the oracle database and the red hat OS are propitiatory program/OS that need( read require) a support contract
have you contacted Red Hat ?
Have you contacted Oracle ?
used the red hat tech support you are paying for ?
used the Oracle tech support you are paying for ?
searched the redhat knowledge base ?
https://access.redhat.com/search/quick
( note you will need to log in using your red hat account )

Is this install to the harddrive on the server ?
Or in a Virtual environment ?
