Opensuse 12.1 problem: should i keep using it ??

i installed opensuse 12.1 on my system, i tried to dual boot with windows 7 , but windows 7 vanished !:( , the opensuse which i installed had two errors during , "wrong digest , checksum for this package not equal to ---" , like this, but rest of opensuse was all right , so should i continue using this opensuse , ( and install those packages now from internet ?),
please help !

You might be linux beginner and I don't recommend you dual boot setup setup as this is somehow "advanced" setup. Check this thread also.

I'm sorry but I don't agree, I've done dual boots since my very first Linux install, using the advanced option on the partitioner and it is not hard.

@ aniee7
did you check the md5sum of the ISO before burning it to disk?

I'd agree with doing an md5checksum as that could be the source of the error. Windows is probably still there. Have you tried mounting the windows partition(s) to check? Install what packages from the internet? You should download software from the distribution repositories and probably best to use YaST.
