openSUSE 11.3 and Hyper-V IC: Did someone get it to work?

Installed openSUSE 11.1 as a 64 bit VM on Hyper-V including
32-bit Runtime Environment
Base Development
Linux Kernel Developmet

Used the Legacy Network Adapter because openSUSE doesn't regcognise MS' newer synthetic adapters (wh integration components)

Also installed the Linux Integration Components v2.1 RTM

Learned that I should:
1. set network to networkmanager in Yast2 BEFORE restarting
2. run Sax2 at the command line to restore xwindows
After that changed the network adapter to MS' preferred version

All worked really well.

Note that it (probably) helped NOT to change the second (failsafe) item in menu.lst after installing the Linux IC.

Then tried the same with openSUSE 11.3 and installation of IC fails?
Anyone found a way around this?
