OpenSuse 11.1 connecting to WPA wireless network error

I followed the steps on the opensuse website to enable the ndiswrapper module and drivers; it all worked out fine. Until, I tryed (with networkmanager) to connect to my wifi: Linksys_SES_44779. It would always keep attempting to connect and would never establish a connection. When i go in the settings, i look at the key that i previously entered and it was in WEP format.
Linksys_SES_44779 has WPA Personal Security, how can i connect to it? I know for sure that the wifi works becuase i can connect to another wifi network that has no encryption. My network card is:
Broadcam WPC54G v3
on earlier versions of suse, i could easily connect to other WPA Personal security networks,
Any Suggestions?
