Smile opensuse 11.1 cd/dvd burner that support windows and photo editor/viewer

hi.. i want to know good cd/dvd burner that support windows also..I want to mean that I can use that cd/dvd for nero also...i want to know a good photo editor/viewer also...i am using opensuse 11.1 ...

Not sure what you're asking about cd/dvd burner, hardware or software. If hardware, look at the HCL (Hardware Compatability List) for your distro. If it works in linux (which has tight standards), it will almost certainly work in windoze (very loose standards).

Yoy don't say which desktop you're using (kde, gnome, etc.) but many susers use gimp for photo editing. There are several other choices. Lokk under "graphics" and "Photography" in start menu. Viewer depends, how do you plan to use it, single picture or album?
