Opensuse 10.3 no sound over internet

Hi,
I am new to the whole linux experience, well I say new, I have been using it a few weeks. However I still can't get sound on sites like youtube or myspace.

Sound is fine through most of my audio players (banshee, amarok and XMMS) but I get no sound through realplayer, this may be related to the other issue.

So could anyone help me fix this in very simple terms lol.

Ask if you need more info.
