openoffice icons size in fluxbox and kde

The icons in openoffice in fluxbox are really large compared to when I open OpenOffice in KDE. Fore example the Bold button looks big (and is big) in fluxbox. However in KDE its smaller and has a yellow border around it. Is there a way to have the buttons smaller in fluxbox. The size of the buttons are really annoying.

Thank you.

Edit: I don't know why I didn't notice this: goto tools->options->OpenOffice->View for icon size change large to small.

I was thinking it is a fluxbox setting because the difference only occured when I switch from fluxbox and kde. Its kind of strage though how the settings does not seem to be the same in fluxbox and kde for OpenOffice
