Opening a website in text mode
I am learning to use linux and have learnt quiet a lot now. But it does not tell me in my text book so far as I have read, how to open a webpage in text mode. Could someone tell me the complete command please. My distro is Mandrake 9.1.

if you mean you boot up to the command line w/no gui, then just type
lynx
