opening 1000+ streams of wget

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post in this forum. I greet everyone in here and hope to learn as much as I can.

Now, for my question . I require to simulate a situation where I have 1000 and more streams of wget.

is this possible using the a variable on the actual command ? or do I need a bash script? if so, does anyone have anything handy to share ?

Thanks in advanced!
