Unhappy OpenGL lags

Hey guys. I'm finding that any OpenGL my computer has to use (in screensavers, in the more advanced games (like tuxracer)), it runs veerrry slowwllly.. it's not my comp, a 2.4 ghz P4 with 1024 MB RAM, and I was just curious as to how to fix it (or if I could). There's no great hurry, as it doesn't affect my general use, but I would like to know if anyone has any ideas. One more thing is that the OpenGL works fine on the same comp on my XP hd (I have two) but not on RH9.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

--Dave

Most likely you have an nVidia video card?

Install the drivers from the website and it will work fine... There is a FAQ at the top of this forum on how to do it...

If you don't have and NVidia card then just install whatever updated drivers you can get for your video card.
