Open source conversion of wmv files to Theora

We have hundreds of videos that have been digitized into the ".wmv" format. We are looking to move to an open source solution for our streaming video such as Icecast from Xiph.org. Can anyone recommend a program for converting .wmv files to Theora?

ffmpeg2theora. It may already be in your distro's repositories.
