Thumbs down Open Office 2.3 Toolbar Position Problem

Sorry for this noob question, but does anyone have a clue about how to save the toolbar positions and which toolbars load when opening Open Office 2? The matter seems undocumented anywhere. Basicly I want the same toolbars from one document to another, but it just reverts to the default toolbars available after install. Any clue?

I have also posted this matter on the Open Office official forum, and till now it seems that some installations keep the toolbar positions and others don't, maybe it is an install problem but I don't think so. Basicly the software should have a user configuration file in which it should save the user specific settings but which one it is I do not know, for there are dozens of configuration files.
