OPen file in Mozilla

Is there a way to open a file directly in Mozilla from a Terminal?

Like if I type ls
and I get a list of files and one of them is html
Is there a command that I can give to start up mozilla and open the file?

i'm sure there is a way to set it up to open them in mozilla by default, but i am not in front of a superior box right now. but u can type "mozilla (followed by location of file)/home/*whatever*/file.html" and it will open it in mozilla.
