kindly help to open the one of video file which is not opening in any application. the error is : application/x-ms-dos-executable decoder

Google brought it up when inquired about "application/x-ms-dos-executable decoder".

The thread ro which you've just posted a link has the answer: use Wine. The file may say it's a video, but the error message shows that it's "ms-dos-executable" — a Windows program.

what is the output of

file file_In_question

or binwalk the file in question
