Hi Vaniusz, Welcome to lq. What card do you have? What patch are you referring to? Please post the output from the following commands.
Code:
/sbin/lspci -v
/sbin/lsmod
Good luck. ;-)

These look out of place.
Code:
snd_usb_audio 80128 0
snd_usb_lib 19456 1 snd_usb_audio
snd_rawmidi 27136 1 snd_usb_lib
snd_hwdep 13316 1 snd_usb_audio
The patch your link refers to is the alsa package 1.0.14rc3, 1.0.14 stable is out, so If I upgraded alsa it would be that instead. I'd also look for the fedora package (I believe it's yum for updates in fedora) or at least an rpm which should be easier to upgrade/replace with your distro. I'm googling around for any references to the card. I'll post back when I have anything.
Good luck. ;-)
