# 15 .
Quote:
patching file common/packet.h
Hunk #1 FAILED at 182
Usually it succeeds despite the error message.
Read packet.h.rej / packet.h : They are text files.

Quote:
patching file trace/cmu-trace.h
Hunk #1 FAILED at 160.
The same. And if it fails, it isn't difficult to put the text from xyz.h.rej into xyz.h:
The xyz.h.rej comes with line numbers for the said "failed text".

# 17 .

Not quite clear what you mean.
Do you want to add LEACH to the same ns-2.xx that already has OLSR added ? Or ?
Please show an example of a simulation that does what you want.
Like : $ ns(-olsr) file-1.tcl
And/or : $ ns(-leach) file-2.tcl

how i can call leach as routing protocol

Thanks @knudfl Actually my question was, In simulating a wireless scenario we define a field which assigns a routing protocol as shown below : (correct me if i a wrong )
# Instruction
set val(rp) AOMDV ;# routing protocol

In this regard can i assign Leach in place of AOMDV (in above case) and try the simulation ?

# 19 .

You can write / edit whatever you like in a file.tcl . Some edits may work or may not work.
It's beyond my knowledge to give a precise answer.
And I still have no idea what you are trying to do : Unknown ns2 / unknown patch.

When it comes to files.tcl, it's try and try and try. Like with any other software.

Re post #22, @surabhik.

Please read post #26 here ...
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...445/page2.html
... No link to be made with the new patch.

The build :
$ tar xvf ns-allinone-2.35_gcc482.tar.gz
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7S...ew?usp=sharing
$ cd ns-allinone-2.35/
$ patch -p0 < umolsr-ns235_v1.0-2014.patch
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7S...ew?usp=sharing
$ ./install
$ cd ns-2.35/
$ cp ns ns-olsr
$ sudo cp ns-olsr /usr/local/bin/
.... Then you can do $ ns-olsr ddebbie90-scenario.tcl
