Try this:

1) Install Windows XP
2) Install Office 2003
3) Copy entire HD contents (minus Linux) to "~/.cxoffice/dotwine/fake_windows".

Office 2003 does not run on Wine yet. We're working on it, but unless you're fluent in C and are willing to become a Wine developer you cannot make it run. There are no fancy config file tricks you can use here. Sorry.
