odd method of booting linux?????
i have heared and listented to people talk about using windows emulators and rebooting them with the .iso image. i think that u could tri-boot within windows and have the linux OS installed on the emulator so u could access it within windows while online. i think it can be done but im not sure. could anyone run this theory and let me know what they come up with?

Install a base OS (linux of course) You can have multiple vmware sessions runnig on one machine... so there owuld be no reason to install windows... then install a windows linux emulator to run another sesssion of linux. if you want another linux os.. you install another linux os via vmware. I have read about some machines where I work that that run RedHat, NT4, Win98 & DOS all on the smae machine with vmware :) |
