Nvidia X Server Settings

Finally got the nvidia driver installed, but now that I'm able to set the max screen res in the nvidia setup, how do I accept the settings? The accept/ok/apply buttons off screen and I can't find any way to move it past the top of the screen like you can in windows. Anyone know of anyway to accept without pushing it? (ie alt+o alt+k alt+a, ctrl+o ctrl+k ctrl+a, dont work...any shortcut that uses the common letter to accept?)
